The euro price on Monday 22-2-2021 against the Egyptian pound

The euro exchange rate varied on Monday 22-2-2021, against the Egyptian pound, banks compared to the close of yesterday’s transactions, and recorded the average exchange rate in the Central Bank of Egypt 18.91 pounds for purchase, and 19.03 pounds for sale, while the National Bank of Egypt recorded a discrepancy at 18.85 pounds for purchase, and 19.03 pounds for sale, against its price yesterday 18.83 pounds for purchase, and 19.05 pounds for sale.

Globally, the dollar trimmed its losses in early European trading today after reaching a multi-year low against the pound and the Currencies of Australia and New Zealand as bond yields rose as progress in corona immunization programmes and expectations of accelerated economic growth and inflation.

U.S. Treasury and 10-year German government bonds yields were the highest in a year and eight months, respectively.
